How can I carry on using my Swissôtel Awards as a member of Le Club AccorHotels?

All valid Swissôtel Circle Premier and Zenit Awards were converted into Rewards points on 2nd July 2018.

A Rewards points credit will be visible in the "My points history" section of the "My loyalty area and membership" tab in your AccorHotels online account:

  • 10,000 Rewards points per Premier Award.
  • 40,000 Rewards points per Zenit Award.

Le Club AccorHotels allows you to use your Rewards points in a number of different ways. To find out more, click here.

Any valid Advantage Awards will be visible in your AccorHotels online account under the "My vouchers" section of the "My loyalty area and membership" tab.

These Advantage Awards can be used until they expire, exclusively in Swissôtel hotels.

The procedure to follow in order to use these Advantage Awards is exactly the same as it was prior to 2nd July 2018. When phoning to book your stay at a Swissôtel hotel, you must inform the hotel or the central booking office that you wish to use your Advantage Award. It is also important you inform the hotel when you arrive to check in.

The use of these vouchers remains subject to the same terms and conditions of use.

All associated restrictions, including those regarding availability at the time of booking and on the dates of your stay also remain unchanged.
