I need help following the merger between Le Club AccorHotels and the Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel loyalty programmes. Who should I contact?

The AccorHotels customer care team is now your sole point of contact for all queries related to your activity before, during or after the merger between the Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel loyalty programmes and the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme.

The same goes for any queries related to airmiles that may not have been credited to your loyalty accounts.

You will notably need assistance from our customer care team if:

  • some or all of the nights you had accumulated with Raffles, Fairmont and/or Swissôtel hotels do not appear in your Le Club AccorHotels account.
  • you are missing some of the airmiles you had previously accumulated with partner airlines through the Raffles, Fairmont and/or Swissôtel loyalty programmes for stays completed prior to 2nd July 2018.
  • you have questions regarding your status.
  • you are having trouble logging onto your AccorHotels.com online account.
