I used to be a member of the Raffles, Fairmont and/or Swissôtel loyalty programmes. How do I log in my Le Club AccorHotels account?

You were previously able to log onto your account using a username and a password. On AccorHotels.com and on all our brand websites (Raffles.com, Novotel.com, etc.), we use an email address to identify our guests, along with a password.

Your Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel usernames can therefore no longer be used as your user ID. For security reasons, your password has been reset and you must create a new one.

The first time you log onto your account you must:

  • click on "Log in" at the top right-hand corner of the screen, and then click on "Reset my password".
  • key in your email address, and then follow the instructions.

Once you have created your password, you will then be able to log onto your account using your Le Club AccorHotels membership card number or your email address, along with your new password. When you want to log on in the future, access your account by clicking on AccorHotels.com.

If you can't remember which email address is linked to your account, click on "I forgot my email address" (instead of "Create a new password") and then follow the instructions.
