How do I guarantee my room reservation ?

The ibis BUSINESS card is not a guarantee in the event of late arrival at the hotel. To guarantee your booking, whatever time you check in, you are requested to provide a credit card number at the time of booking. For your security and to protect your personal data, your card number is not held from one reservation to another. If the reservation is not canceled, the amount for the first night will be debited from your card.
