How do I confirm a Places by Le Club AccorHotels check-in?

To make your online check-in using the Places by Le Club AccorHotels app, you must geotag yourself in the hotel during your stay.
Click the check-in button in the app.

The following terms and conditions must be met for your online check-in to be confirmed:

  1. 1 It must be recorded in the hotel, between your arrival and departure
  2. 2 Only one check-in is authorized and valid per stay
  3. 3 The Status and Rewards points relating to your stay must be recorded in your loyalty account
  4. 4 The Le Club AccorHotels account to which the stay was credited must be the same as the account synchronized with the Places by Le Club AccorHotels app.
