Will I lose my Rewards points if I cancel or amend my stay or any of the additional services booked with my points?

If you cancel or change your booking, your Rewards points will be recredited to your Le Club AccorHotels account in the following cases:

  • Booking canceled due to failure or payment refused
  • Booking canceled before the date of your stay for rates that can be canceled and changed
  • Changes to a booking, for rates that can be canceled and changed, involving a reduced re-evaluation of the number of Rewards points redeemed during the original booking. This clause does not apply if you have already checked-in at the hotel.
  • No-show at the hotel for rates that can be canceled and changed. However, the amount for the first night will be charged.

For a rate that cannot be changed and is non-refundable, the Rewards points are not recredited if you cancel or change your booking.
