The Accor Plus card I had before 2 July 2018 has not been merged with my Raffles Ambassadors, Fairmont President's Club and/or Swissôtel Circle card. How do I obtain the correct status?

Following the merger between the Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel loyalty programmes and Accor Plus, in some cases we have been unable to correctly merge a member's Accor Plus card with their old Raffles Ambassadors, Fairmont President's Club and/or Swissôtel Circle card.

This may have been the case if, for example, you used different email addresses for your Accor Plus card and your Fairmont President's Club card. As a result, you currently have an Accor Plus card and at least one Le Club AccorHotels card.

You can ask for your Accor Plus and Le Club AccorHotels cards to be combined into just one account:

  1. Go to the «How can we help you?» section on AccorPlus.com.
  2. Fill in the form, specifying the numbers of the cards you want to combine and indicating to which email address you would like the card linked in the «Message» field.

When your cards are combined, the Status you are awarded will depend on your Accor Plus status and your Raffles Ambassadors, Fairmont President's Club and/or Swissôtel Circle status on 2nd July 2018.
